Doreen leads SIM Australia’s Personnel, Member Care and Health & Training teams. The role of each team is centred on people including walking alongside them through seasons of calling, preparation, adjustment, growth and transition. The team’s purpose is to nurture those whom God has called to serve so that they thrive spiritually, emotionally and relationally as they serve Christ across cultures. This is only possible as we work together for His glory.
