Steph supports the delivery of Peacewise training across SIM. This training equips people for biblical peacemaking including developing cross-cultural awareness of issues that often arise in circumstances of on-field conflict. Steph’s other ongoing work – that supports SIM peoples’ mental health and wellbeing – includes eLearning program development, delivering various online training and providing consultations.  Steph is the Resilience Consultant on the People Development and Care Team, and is a Registered Psychologist in Australia.
