Missional Business

Are you a working professional in a business or company? Are you an entrepreneur, perhaps currently running your own business? Are you a student with an entrepreneurial spirit? Do you desire to use your gifts and abilities to share God’s good news and see communities transformed spiritually, economically and socially? Missional businesses include a variety of aspects. This could include self-sustaining companies that hire local people—often those outside of a relationship with Jesus—and establish relationships with them and their families. It can also include gaining professional work in a business or company in context where there is minimal Christian presence, where your role in that country provides legitimacy. Missional business can in turn, allow local churches to be planted, relationships made with local who might never have heard the name of Jesus before, and the Gospel to be shared.
