People Development Care Initiatives
SIM’s People & Development Care Initiatives supports workers in their relationship with God and others, ministry effectiveness, competency, wellbeing and resilience. The way we achieve this is through developing a People & Development Care team for our mission workers. This involves providing prayer support, chaplaincy, training to support the growth of SIM workers, educate conflict management skills and pastoral care to help develop and grow our workers. The People & Development Care Initiatives also supports and trains SIM leaders at a local and global level.
