Josh and local staff provide training and consulting services to assist local organisations and communities to maximise the transformational impact they achieve. Shell coordinates a Days for Girls team, which produces reusable menstrual kits and provides women’s health training. Shell also supervises home-schooling and serves with other women and children as time allows.
