Ian and Theano are serving in Kenya with their beautiful children, working with Banda Health. Theano is a nurse educator who spends her time empowering and supporting local Kenyan healthcare workers. Through her work with low-resource clinics, she is helping them meet the complex needs of vulnerable slum communities. Ian, an environmental lawyer, spends his time building strategic gospel-shaped partnerships with the health clinics that support the needs of vulnerable communities in Kenya. He is also excited to be working as SIM’s Ministry Point Person (MPP) for Creation Stewardship & Care. This role provides environmental training and resources to SIM workers engaged in environmental projects around the world.
