In 2024 Steph (Resilience Consultant, People Development and Care Team, and Registered Psychologist) continues to support the delivery of Peacewise training across SIM. This training equips people for biblical peacemaking including developing cross-cultural awareness of issues that often arise in circumstances of on-field conflict. Steph’s other ongoing work – that supports SIM peoples’ mental health and wellbeing – includes eLearning program development, delivering various online training and providing consultations.

Praise God that, (God willing) during the past two months, an in-person and an online Peacewise training will have been run. Pray for the continued development of the facilitator team to support ongoing Peacewise training, and the building of a culture of peace throughout SIM ministry.
