In 2024 Steph (Resilience Consultant, People Development and Care Team, and Registered Psychologist) continues to support the delivery of Peacewise training across SIM. This training equips people for biblical peacemaking including developing cross-cultural awareness of issues that often arise in circumstances of on-field conflict. Steph’s other ongoing work – that supports SIM peoples’ mental health and wellbeing – includes eLearning program development, delivering various online training and providing consultations.
