Regional Ministry Director SA/WA/NT

Frances Early is SIM Australia’s Regional Ministry Director in South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory. Her role includes walking alongside enquirers and churches to facilitate their participation in cross cultural ministry with SIM. This involves representing SIM at conferences and church mission events, connecting with existing partner churches, encouraging the community of SIM workers based in SA/WA/NT and working with partners to cross barriers to show the love and compassion of Jesus Christ in cross cultural spaces in SA/WA/NT.

Frances was exposed to God’s work while growing up on the mission field in Ethiopia. While studying a double degree in Journalism and International Relations she began exploring if God was leading her into ministry. Frances enjoys working with young adults, listening to other people’s testimonies of God’s faithfulness and writing stories that inspire people to live for Christ.
