Give thanks for the privilege of attending the Arrow Leadership program with the 3rd residential concluding today. Pray for wisdom in applying what I have learned. Please pray for the SIM entities searching for new directors. Pray also for those who lead SIM country teams to have wisdom, patience and courage in these important ministry roles. Pray for Jenny in helping our workers through her role as Health Coordinator.
